What is the inspiration behind your designs for Tickle Me?

My inspiration comes from my own experience of wanting something that's more customized for my own wedding. I'm also big on having a fun twist to my work because to me, a wedding is a happy event. I find that illustrating invitations is the best way to add that custom touch to your wedding. It's personal to the bride and groom as well as the guests.

What are other sources of inspiration for you, generally?

I would say nature in all its beauty... and seeing work by fellow designers from all different artistic disciplines. Sometimes one idea can trigger many more ideas - I find that design is this way, seeing the beauty in a piece of design work can trigger many more amazing designs.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to draw, even in my spare time. At the moment, I'm loving every moment I get to spend with my baby daughter Alison.
