Within 48 hours of receiving your payment, a final proof of your custom design (and invitation wording and font choice if you are purchasing the Fully Printed and Assembled option) will be emailed to you. Once approved by you, the printing of your stationery will commence.
Stationery orders will take up to 8 weeks to despatch. After receiving your order, Tickle Me Designs will provide you with regular e-mail updates on the status of your order. Please contact us directly if you would like to expedite your order – a surcharge may apply.
Delivery is available to all destinations, Australia and Worldwide. Shipping times will vary depending on your location so please allow ample time for your order to arrive via Australia Registered Post.
Sample orders will be delivered via Australia Standard Post.

Colours on your computer screen may appear slightly different from the real version. Tickle Me Designs recommends that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order.
Tickle Me Designs reserves the right to alter prices without notification. All prices include 10% Goods and Services Tax and are displayed in Australian dollars. Overseas orders are exempt from the GST.
Full payment is required before we can produce your order. A range of payment options are available to you including credit card, PayPal, cheque or direct bank transfer.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will advise you immediately and provide you with detailed options before you confirm your order.
Any errors made on behalf of Tickle Me Designs will be reprinted free of charge. However errors that are within the wording submitted by the client or have been approved will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before signing the authorisation.
No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. The order will be considered final.
