Product
1. Do you have a showroom?
Our website is our showroom. All of our products are available on-line. If you would like to view first hand the colour and quality of our products you can order a sample.
2. Do the wedding invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, included in the cost of the wedding invitation, RSVP cards and thank you cards is a matching envelope. More information can be found by clicking on each product and reading the accompanying product description.
3. I can’t decide whether to have my wedding stationery printed and assembled by Tickle Me Designs, or to use the DIY option. Please help?
This is entirely up to you. If you would like to save money and have the time to assemble and print the wedding invitations, the DIY option is more suitable. Where feasible, we pre-cut the DIY materials to the right dimensions, which makes the task of assembling and printing the wedding invitations much easier.
If you find that closer to your wedding you have less spare time, then it may make more sense for Tickle Me Designs to assemble and print the order for you.
4. If I am not happy with the design options available, can the artist customise a design for me?
If you would like to customise your design beyond what we have available, our artist can customise particular elements of your design or create a whole new design just for you. This is subject to an extra charge for her time. Please contact us to discuss.

6. I have created my custom design but none of the stationery card styles are suitable for my wedding. Can I feature my custom design on stationery products that use other papers, ribbons and/or colours?
Yes, we can work together with you to create stationery that suits the theme of your wedding, using substitute papers, card and ribbons from our studio. Just contact us directly and we are more than happy to assist.
7. Do I receive a proof of my custom design before my wedding stationery is printed?
Yes, nothing goes to print without your approval.
8. Can Tickle Me Designs print the guest names and addresses on my wedding invitations and envelopes?
It is not part of our normal service to include the printing of guest details, other than in the printing of place card orders. For our wedding invitations, the available wording options are designed so that (a) guest names are not required, or (b) a space is included for you to handwrite the names of your guests.
For the envelopes, we recommend printing your guest details on printer-compatible labels before applying them onto the envelope. Alternatively, why not handwrite the name and address details of each of your guests, to add that extra personal touch?
If you still prefer us to print guest details for you, we can provide this service to you at an hourly rate. Please contact us for more details.
9. How long does it take to complete my wedding stationery?
10. I would like to assemble and print the wedding stationery myself. How do I know if my printer is capable of this?
Our wedding invitations are designed so that only one sheet of paper in each invitation requires printing. These sheets of paper are laser printer and inkjet printer compatible. If you are still unsure, we encourage you to purchase a sample to test with your own computer prior to placing the full order.
11. Do you offer other custom wedding stationery products such as engagement and save-the-date cards?

Ordering
1. Do you have a minimum order?
The minimum quantity for all items ordered (except Sample Invitations) is 10. There is no minimum order for Sample Invitations.
2. Do you provide bulk discounts for large orders?
As all wedding invitations and materials are organised manually and handmade, we cannot provide discounts for large orders.
3. How long does it take to complete my wedding stationery?
4. How much time should I allow before my wedding date, to order wedding invitations?
To allow guests enough time to reply, wedding invitations should be sent out 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. We recommend that you place your order 2 months prior to your invitation send date.
5. Can I cancel an order?
Once your payment is processed and the printing of your order has begun, we will not be able to cancel your order.
6. What is your refund policy?
Given our product is customised, we cannot offer any refunds after the printing of your order has begun. For all orders, we will email you a final 'proof' of your custom design for approval before printing.

Payment
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept, credit card, PayPal, cheque or direct bank transfer. If you choose to pay by cheque or direct deposit, a full set of payment instructions will be emailed to you after your order is processed.
2. Will my details be secure?
Tickle Me Designs is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers by providing a secure and safe shopping experience. Tickle Me Designs undertakes to not disclose your personal details, under any circumstances. Furthermore, all credit card transactions are totally secure and every measure is taken to protect your credit card details at all times.

Delivery

3. What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your shipping address by Registered Post which will require your signature. If no one is home at time of delivery you will be left with a card, advising you that your order can be picked up from the nearest post office. If you know you will not be home at time of delivery please provide a work address. Sample orders will be delivered by regular Australia Post.
